how was all of your guys' day today? :)
I hope you guys are all great!

It was quite a long day for me. I was at the doctors for an hour and a half and then went to a wrestling match with my best friend. So I am sitting in my bed typing this at 9:20 at night and my pj's on ready to go to sleep because I AM SO TIRED Y'ALL.

But, I needed to show you these :)

It's kind of dark, but can you see?!

I turned the high wasted, maroon pants I got at Salvo into shorts! :)

And then I studded them ;) I LOVE STUDS SO MUCH

So I studded the front little pocket and the back two. I want to add more on the back, but I'm not sure what I want to do yet :)

I am really sorry guys the pictures are really hard to see. BUT! I am wearing them tomorrow so I will have good ootd pictures :)

Lately I have been obsessed with high wasted shorts/pants. I just love them. They are retro and hipster and I just love them. I am so happy with the way my shorts turned out. :)

So the moral of the story is:
Recycle!!! :)
Going to Salvo's and consignments are so fun because you find things that are vintage and retro. But the best thing is is that you don't spend a fortune, so cut things up! Change them! Make them fit your style more.
Also, take old clothes and make new things from them!
Take old pj pants or an old dress and cut the fabric and make a scarf! Or take lace off of an old blouse and stitch it onto a pair of heeled booties or a skirt! Taking old things and making them original is so much fun. Having something that everyone else has is boring. Make it different, style it up. That is the whole point of fashion. Have fun with it! :) <3
